ActionSprout is a SaaS company focused on helping nonprofits use facebook more effectively. They do this through providing a series of tools and insight-driven metrics that nonprofits can leverage to increase their reach and community engagement on Facebook. A core tenant of the ActionSprout product philosophy is “doing the right things at the right time.” This means helping their users determine the highest-impact actions (posting, boosting posts, commenting, etc.) and when exactly carrying out those actions would statistically yield the most impactful result.
My engagement with ActionSprout focused on developing concepts to improve their dashboard system, bringing it more into alignment with their product philosophy, as well as mitigating some long-standing issues.
